Capital Assets, Inc. is a development, management, leasing and brokerage company, presently managing approximately 5,000 apartment units. Capital Assets manages these properties for third-party clients and for their own account.

During his career, beginning in 1968, he was with Gulf Investors of Houston and McKinley Properties in Texas. Later he joined Lincoln Property Company and was their first property manager in Oklahoma and then associated with the Hardesty Management Company in Oklahoma. In 1979, Mr. Wright established Capital Assets, Inc. In addition, he has served as the President of the Tulsa Apartment Association and the Oklahoma Multi-Family Housing Association.

During his management career, he has managed over 20,000 apartment units and over 3,200,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Wright has opened approximately 14 new apartment communities totaling 3,216 units in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas and successfully rehabilitated, modernized, and leased 18 apartment communities totaling approximately 6,300 units. He has been involved in the sale of several apartment properties and real estate projects in Oklahoma and surrounding region. Mr. Wright has also developed three residential subdivisions in the Tulsa Metro area. In 2003, NAIOP awarded Mr. Wright The Deal of the Year and The Apartment Sale of the Year Awards.

His affiliations have included the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management and The Homebuilders Association of Tulsa.

Mr. Wright was the 2004 President of the Tulsa Apartment Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Multi-family Housing Association, held the position of First Vice President of the Tulsa Apartment Association and was the 1999 President of the Tulsa Apartment Association.

His career began in 1995 with Capital Assets, Inc. During his tenure he has opened a 240-unit apartment property, managed approximately 5,000 units of apartments, 334,000 square feet of commercial space and 170 employees.

Currently he is working to stabilize the new portfolio of properties and manage the existing assets. He is constantly evaluating the apartments that he manages for preventive maintenance items, ways to improve the appearance of the property, and to increase the net income for the owner.

He prides himself on resident, employee and client relations understanding that personal relationships are the key to a successful management company.

She is currently the Vice Chairmen of the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) and an IREM Tulsa Chapter Board Member. Jennifer’s responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations for over 3,000 units in 3 different markets. Jennifer is committed to the success of each property and is dedicated to the development and motivation of the onsite teams.

She is currently a member of TAA, NAA and IREM. She is currently responsible for overseeing a 1,500+ unit portfolio throughout the Tulsa Metro Area. Jessica is committed to continued education, onsite training, superior customer service, employee growth and retention and maximizing property performance.
